Hi all,

Sorry i've not been on. trying to get C10 sorted before we go away. Got £250+ in orders and a few text orders to come. Almost everyone who ordered first time reordered and I had a few orders over £30, so very pleased. That it for about 400 houses though so it is hard work.

I really want to get £400 min per order to get to PC within 18 campaigns though! May try a party soon, but not for the next couple of months. My main problem is stopping buying things for myself.

I submitted a selling tip this month and received a letter to say it's getting published and a bottle of Far Away Paradise this morning as a prize, so that made my day!

Looking forward to hearing about your parties. Well done to you all as well - you sound like you're doing great!

Mikiki. Don't send it back until you've requested a credit for it.
Where is your driver delivering to in C10 if you're not at home? If he's just leaving it in your 'safe place' then leave your returns there for him to take with him. You won't have to pay for it this time as when you request the credits, it automatically comes off your 'owed' amount.

Can someone tell me the commison you get if you becomes a sales leader ?

The wife is now considering it but not sure if its worth it, she dosent want to travel miles away to see people just the local area about 10 mile radius

The commission is based upon how many reps are in your team and how much their orders are, you need 5 in your team before you earn anything. You would need to speak to your upliner and they will be able to give you more info and show you the business guide which has a full breakdown of the commission.

To give you a general idea, if you have 5 reps in your team and they each place an order for £144 and your group sales are £864 or more (group sales includes your order too) you would get 4% commission.

Hayley- Do you make more than 4% if your reps become leaders? It sounds like you dont get a lot of money for what i pressume would be rather a lot of work. Also, do you personally have to pay for the 2 lots of free books you give new reps?
