Car has gone in for fixing - its the fuel pipe that has gone, just got to wait to see if the insurance company are going to argue about paying for it. As well as the new bumper that they will definitely pay for.

Should get the car back tomorrow or Tuesday, all fixed and working again.

Only 10 loan payments left to make, should be down to 8 badges to get this week and decluttering is happening, which is all good.


Childcare is planned until next April, father's day present organised, know what I'm getting parents for xmas, I have birthday cards to post tomorrow.

Medication is ordered, have to dispose of some old meds - should be done this week, have asked OH to book dentist for me when he goes tomorrow.

Have my car back all fixed and new.
Have done some decluttering recently but there is still a ton of stuff to sort out in the house.
3 more badges were gained last week so only 7 left to go.

Completed a PPI enquiry form just in case I had any PPI with my old bank. Its worth a try and if I can any repayment that will be a bonus.

got the standing order form to update for dcs music lessons - if its done before September I avoid the price increase.
DC was unwell today so I had to take the day off work, on the plus side I didn't spend any money or use he fuel to drive to work and back.

Well, I have now been placed under consultation for redundancy so I'm frantically job hunting - I expect to be unemployed in respect of my current job before the end of August. I will get a few weeks pay as redundancy but I need a job to go to before this one finishes or I won't be able to pay what I need to pay to get through the month.

Interview tomorrow for a short term salary cut, longer term gain job, interview Thursday for similar salary admin job, consultation outcomes declared Friday. All in all a carp end to the week.

Job now decluttered - am on gardening leave as the alternative was to go off sick due to stress. No success with interview. CV to revamp this weekend and multiple applications to be done.

Gardening leave is saving money on commuting, but have some spends over the next few days to set up dc for summer holiday things to do.

Yeah, its a pain about the job, particularly the school summer holiday finish - much harder to get a job as the people who do the interviewing etc tend to not all be in at the same time. Still its better than xmas.
Spent more than I should on end of term rewards for the dc - but good report and extra curricular achievements probably merited it.
