That's right. If that's presumably the Paragon account mentioned in the NLA section on your TOTP thread, then it'll need updating from 2.6 to 3%soulsaver said:refluxer said:

There now, I could have just not seen the wood...
So unless there's more to come - it's not available to new applicants?
As I mentioned above, Paragon's triple access accounts tend to come and go so it's likely to be available to all once again at some stage in the near future.0 -
Thanks. If it becomes available to new or existing account holders it'll get a new posting.refluxer said:

Paragon is apparently available through Raisin.0
-
Unless you're seeing something I'm not, the top EA Paragon account offered through Raisin is the rainy day easy access account a 2.6%. The one I was referring to was the Triple Access Issue 10 (NLA) now at 3%. The minimum deposit for the one via Raisin is a hefty £20k, which is a far cry from the £1 minimum for the triple access account.Zaul22 said:Paragon is apparently available through Raisin.1 -

@soulsaver Thank you very much once again for continuing to keep all the above right up to date!
There's currently a small but potentially important omission I've only just spotted: The HSBC Online Bonus Saver interest rate reduces to 0.65% for the entire month in which any withdrawals are made; perhaps that should be noted above in the same way that you have done for the First Direct Bonus Saver.

I thought we would see some increases before the expected increase by the Bank of England tomorrow but doesn't seem like it?

Wouldn't be surprised if banks/building societies do not want to offer any 'top of the table' rates right now due to the extra workload it might bring to them considering we're close to Xmas and a lot of them will have reduced staffing levels until January.0
-
Even if there is a 0.50 rise tomorrow, although 0.25 is a definite possibility. I can't see any movement in rates, if any, until late January. With the housing market cooling, less lending, loads of cash in accounts. There is zero incentive for banks to raise savings rates.0
-
Have to agree. Happy to have 2.85% - 3.0% EA currently, best hope at the moment is that they are maintained at that level in Q1 2023. No expectation of any further rises from financial institutions in the short term regardless of tomorrow's outcome.jimexbox said:Even if there is a 0.50 rise tomorrow, although 0.25 is a definite possibility.
