I had one with Cynergy where Firefox was auto generating a code with 15 characters when the site specified maximum of 14. It took me a while to realise what was happening.

I sometimes find that Safari-generated passwords don't have a capital letter in them, or that they have dashes. Both of those can be required and/or forbidden in different sites' pass rules.

IIRC Gatehouse doesn't like special characters in passwords, but needs to include a number. Also check the length, and try reducing/increasing.

The password does not meet requirements message can be quite generic on many systems.

No problem logging in to Gatehouse as a brand-new customer this morning (thanks to Expotter's heads-up) ... it was one of the quickest easiest applications I have done recently. Got the account and reference numbers straight away and User ID by email 15 mins later. Just about to fund it now as I have online access to check when funds arrive, fits the bill exactly for what I was after!

There is a cut off time for same day withdrawals. 2pm I think, but can't immediately find that in T's&C's.

Be aware that you cannot make any withdrawals until you have verified your nominated account. This requires a code which Gatehouse send to you in the Post. It can take several days to arrive, not helped by any disruption in the postal service

Yes it will be 2pm.
I set up an account this morning and notice that the back end is the same as Ford Money. The same Barclays sort code is used for both and the user IDs are in the same format and the app is almost identical just with different branding.
Ford FAQs state 2pm as cut off for withdrawals.

And payments in cut off time for same day receipt is 1pm.

What’s the cut off time for same day Al Rayan withdrawals again? I know paying  in its 1pm for same day

Al Rayen are slow at the weekend. A payment made from th3m on a Saturday,  will generally not arrive until Monday.
