I set up an account this morning and notice that the back end is the same as Ford Money. The same Barclays sort code is used for both and the user IDs are in the same format and the app is almost identical just with different branding.
Ford FAQs state 2pm as cut off for withdrawals.

2pm is the cut off time for same day withdrawals.
The 1pm cut off for receipt is for the transaction to show on your account. If received latter, then although the transaction date would show as the next business day, the account will also show the date posted (to the account). Interest accrues from the date posted.1 -
