Does anyone know how long it takes for payments to show with Yorkshire Building Society? Sent with both Chase and Santander today and neither showing yet.

Mine took about three hours today.

Bit of a funny one, Nationwide Flex Instant Saver going to 2% from Wednesday according to a MoneyFacts article. However this rate is not yet showing in their comparison tables, or on the Nationwide website. Perhaps other Nationwide accounts will increase their rates from Wednesday too? Be amazing if they all went up by 1%, but I don't know how likely that is. https://moneyfacts.co.uk/news/banking/nationwide-bs-offers-market-leading-current-account-switching-deal/

Is this a sign of further rate rises in general going on hold?
No, it's a sign that they reached their target amount of deposits.

There will almost certainly be another significant rate rise this November.

Just spoke to Gatehouse about the easy access account.
No rate rise, in fact the easy access account has been withdrawn.
    Off to Charter for me
That's a shame was expecting an increase, seems their whole website is down at the minute well for me anyway /

Interested in the Cash ISA from VM 2.25% (but have a Cash LISA with Moneybox).

Am I correct in thinking I can deposit £4k into the Cash LISA and the remaining £16k allowance into the Cash ISA?
  • I do believe you are correct in thinking that

For charter I can’t withdraw as it says a code is sent by post. How long does this take? I’m putting all funds into Al Rayan now.

Skipton Building Society - new interest rates from 17/10/22 - so many accounts! Nothing of interest for me!

Yeah, the PDF was posted by ForumUser7 at 5.33pm

My Easy Saver goes up to 1.90%, but minimum money in there. Just used for the £500 debit card spend for Halifax Reward accounts.
