Yup! What's more she (sort of) threatened to close the other three which "I was not supposed to have"....

I didn't argue but got out of the branch happy to have kept all 6 with 3 of them upgraded!

Yes they mentioned something to me on the phone about the 10 accounts I have I just said well that's how it is!

Let us know if you have some success at getting others upgraded.

Yes it took some doing. At my local Lloyds branch they're actually pretty good I thought. They said to me "you're a triple 'A' customer, you can have anything you want". Hmmm, I wonder how far that goes?

spam probably, which user does the email say. The USA sellbots target any forum which ranks highly, most of the time you cant even buy what they try to sell
