Ah, I can see them now, looking back to 6th June. I wonder if they've based it on when the account was opened? That might explain a week or more difference in any notification being received (or the date the decrease will happen on too?)

I've received an email from them today telling me that the interest on an account I closed in January 2023 will go down, but no mention of the two accounts I still do have.  Seems that techie stuff isn't their strong point.
