Same here but only have a joint account with >£1K balance. Are your balances above £100? I know some companies don't inform you if the balance is less than that.

Although not easy access, I recently had an email from Cynergy telling me to look at my online messages about a rate reduction. The online message was a reminder of a rate reduction to the 95 Day Notice account (Iss 4 at 5.5%) ... it said reminder to an earlier email. I never received that earlier email, even though there is £10K+ in the account.

In effect, I have had only about 2 weeks notice on the rate reduction! As far as I can tell, I still have to give 95 days notice to withdraw or close! Luckily, I already have a rolling notice that closes the account in early August!

Have I missed any notifications on EA Iss 69?

I'm becoming less and less impressed with Cynergy as time goes on!

Hi all,

After being created more than 16 years ago (when Leona Lewis was topping the charts after winning X Factor and Daniel Craig made his Bond debut), this thread has now reached over 20,000 posts! As a result, it's starting to creak a bit under the weight of all that amazing MoneySaving insight, which is leading to some technical hitches for people trying to add new posts.

So we'll shortly be closing this thread and starting a brand new one. You'll still be able to view this thread to take a look back, and we'll post a link to the fresh thread here when we push the button to close it down.

The joint acc has been well over £100 since Santander Saver reduced its rates in May, the sole account may not have had £100 + consistently
