Because, although their web pages say"You are eligible to get this offer if on 2 May 2024:(a) you didn’t have a Chase saver account; or(b) you had one or more Chase saver account(s) but the balance across all of those Chase saver accounts was below £50,000."
and I qualify under (b), having about £30 in a boosted-until-Nov account, I don't get anything talking about the new boost or 5.1% - just 4.1%. Do you have to go into the "add an account" process and get beyond naming it before they mention the 5.1%/boost?0 -

Close Brothers Savings Easy Access Account Issue 4 now 4.9% (£10k min)
In addition the Chase Saver Account at 5.1% (includes 1% bonus) could possibly be worth being included in the top 10 given the new eligibility criteria for the top rate?? (see posts by @pokemaster and @EthicsGradient)
Messaged Chase asking if I need to close my account to get it.
If I was minded to progress it, I'd be asking why wouldn't I just close the account(s)... and then apply again to get it?
ETA : In fact that's what I've just done: Closed the existing boosted saver and got offered the the extended boosted saver...
ETA2: OK we have the intel... Added to ToTP listing, Thanks @Bridlington1@pokemaster and @EthicsGradient8 -

pokemaster said:It would seem that more Chase customers are now able to get the 5.1% boosted saver rate
previously boosted 1% finished in Nov, but for the customers from today it ends in JanThanks Poke Master. Manage to open it today. I want to download the the TCs or at least KPI but can not find. The only document I could find is this:I understand the rate is 4.1%+1% Bonus until January 16, 2025.Also it is easy access, there is no limit of the number of withdrawal, we withdraws and add back to this account at any time. IS my understanding correct, Thx
