I've closed/opened a new boosted chase saver also, thanks soulsaver for trying it out. Although I'm having issues setting up standing orders on it atm1

Thanks for trying it. Extra two months gained.soulsaver said:
Their CS when pushed after the usual non reply, have replied I/you/one can't have 2 boosted rates at the same time. Fortunately I have several EA 5.20% rate options still, so I'll not sweat it.soulsaver said:Bridlington1 said:@soulsaver
Close Brothers Savings Easy Access Account Issue 4 now 4.9% (£10k min)
In addition the Chase Saver Account at 5.1% (includes 1% bonus) could possibly be worth being included in the top 10 given the new eligibility criteria for the top rate?? (see posts by @pokemaster and @EthicsGradient)
Messaged Chase asking if I need to close my account to get it.
If I was minded to progress it, I'd be asking why wouldn't I just close the account(s)... and then apply again to get it?
ETA : In fact that's what I've just done: Closed the existing boosted saver and got offered the the extended boosted saver...
ETA2: OK we have the intel... Added to ToTP listing, Thanks @Bridlington1@pokemaster and @EthicsGradient16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. Is this what everyone is experiencing? Last thing I want to do is close my 5.1% boosted Nov Chase savings and then not be able to get the 5.1% on the new account?cadguy77 said:Closed Chase Nov boosted and opened Jan boosted in 2 minutes. Thanks All

Yep, transferred funds to current a/c, close Boost 1, it will ask if you want interest sent to your current a/c, confirm closure, go back to main screen and the offer to open boost 2 is there.BigBlueSky said:

i've just done this - closed the #1 bonus saver (Nov 24); the balance (+interest) got transferred to the normal chase 4.1% saver; opened the #2 bonus saver (Jan 25) and transferred the balance across (minus £1) to the new bonus saver.
