Well I do sleep sometimes, but it makes little difference these days given that when I sleep most of my dreams are about savings accounts.

It hasn't gone live yet but it appeared on moneyfacts about 25 mins ago.
 The new rate should appear on the link I just posted later today though.

Now live and have opened account with a quid.

Have to say, opening account was very quick & simple and the FP credit of £1 was immediate. Slick.

Easy access ISA's are better than all these savings accounts at the moment, even if you don't pay tax on interest. They are not included because they are ISAs but if you've up to £20,000 to deposit that is where it should be going. £40,000 if you're quick.

True, but only if you haven't maxed out your ISA allowance for this tax year. 

A good look round on 6 April will be interesting, many options to consider.
