Just tried to open Ulster Bank 5.2%. It said only for existing account holders?
So to be clear:
You must be 16+ and a UK resident and hold an Ulster Bank current account to apply for our Loyalty Saver.

Not a top paying account at the moment but one to possibly keep an eye on particularly as EA rates slip back. Tesco will be increasing the 12 month fixed bonus rate on their internet saver to 3.56% (up slightly from 3.5%), taking the overall rate to 4.81% for new accounts. It could possibly be one to open speculatively with £1 just in case, particularly since they give 2 months notice of any decreases to their standard rate.8
