No, for the same reason that Santander Edge isn't on the list. It's listed under ``Small(er) balance, near /ToTP rates:" due to the low maximum balance.

It has a max balance of £3K, arguably not therefore a "real" easy access account (but still held by many).

'Cos if you look at the rate out of context with deposit caps, it'd be the regular savers list...

Just tried to open Ulster Bank 5.2%.  It said only for existing account holders? 

So to be clear: 
You must be 16+ and a UK resident and hold an Ulster Bank current account to apply for our Loyalty Saver.

You missed '...new and existing c/a account holders' in top place in my list a couple of posts up?
Comment has been there sine January 19th.

Not a top paying account at the moment but one to possibly keep an eye on particularly as EA rates slip back. Tesco will be increasing the 12 month fixed bonus rate on their internet saver to 3.56% (up slightly from 3.5%), taking the overall rate to 4.81% for new accounts. It could possibly be one to open speculatively with £1 just in case, particularly since they give 2 months notice of any decreases to their standard rate.

It hasn't gone live yet but it appeared on moneyfacts about 25 mins ago.
 The new rate should appear on the link I just posted later today though.
