Still waiting for Tandem to go up cos that one guy withdrew his money. The magic doesn't seem to work any more.
  • Why do I feel like we've reached the end of exciting interest rate rises for savers....perhaps 5.2% for EA/IA with no restrictions is the best its going to get :(
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

    Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
    Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
    Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
    0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
    Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
    Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing

It's a pity that this thread has lapsed into nonsensical banter, causing an ever longer thread, making it very difficult to glean anything useful that's posted.
Good point. Just to bring it back on topic. What is the best easy access savings account at the moment?

  • I've never bought a lottery ticket. I read when it started that if you buy a ticket on the Monday, you've more chance of being dead by the time of the draw Saturday than of winning the jackpot. I'm not keen on those odds.

Sadly those odds still apply whether you buy a ticket or not - we all get entered in the lottery of life, no purchase necessary :p

And the best thing about that lottery is that everyone's a winner.  It's just a matter of when

There is nothing being posted that's useful at the minute, nothing is moving, hasn't for ages.
