Thankyou for the replies.I assume I could also close the account on the 7th April 2024, collect the interest, and put it in an ISA?1

A case of some things change and others stay the same since last month's state of play.Reminder: True EA accounts are those that fulfil soulsaver's criteria, have no minimum deposits/balances and allow unlimited withdrawals. True Instant EA accounts are those True EA accounts that also advertise immediate deposits and withdrawals 24/7.Observations: not as many this month as the churn in the first table wasn't reflected in the other tables, I suspect reflecting the non-movement in BR this month. Still, Tandem has once again risen to the top, as some forumites suspected they haemorrhaged funds to Santander Group - although cahoot remains in contention, as does Chip to a lesser extent. Besides Atom's and Gatehouse's return to the scorecard the only other interesting development seems to be the Goldman Sachs-Zopa rivalry taking them both up the ranks, perhaps something to watch.I no longer check the forums as regularly as I used to. If you wish to catch my attention please remember to tag me (@ircE) so I get a notification.13

Chip has updated its app, and you can now create a six digit login pin instead of the four.

If Coventry don't respond soon, I may open a Leeds account.

Coventry is a concern - their four access is still only 4.8%. Last year they increased with each BoE then fell back, then appeared to be competitive again. Their very low rate EA is only useful as a step when withdrawing from limited access in one transfer.
Unlike others they don't seem to update rates during the month, they've been issuing updates soon after each BoE with rates changing a couple of weeks later or by creating a new issue - but there's been no updates since the beginning of August.1
