If Coventry don't respond soon, I may open a Leeds account.
Coventry have been unusually tardy. They are my lowest paying EA account with a meaningful amount in.

Coventry is a concern - their four access is still only 4.8%. Last year they increased with each BoE then fell back, then appeared to be competitive again. Their very low rate EA is only useful as a step when withdrawing from limited access in one transfer.

Unlike others they don't seem to update rates during the month, they've been issuing updates soon after each BoE with rates changing a couple of weeks later  or by creating a new issue - but there's been no updates since the beginning of August.

Leeds BS 5.10% £1k min Limited Issue Online Access Account (Issue 50) is no longer available.
It’s still there when I just went in to see if they’d actioned my secure message to upgrade from issue49. Is this advance warning of something later today? If so I hope they process the upgrade before any deadline 🤞
it was showing as pulled when the above was posted by @SaveTheEuro because I checked the link from Moneyfacts to Leeds BS and it said that it was no longer available - and it wasn't showing in their list of accounts... but checking just now, it's back and available again.

Quite strange how they withdrew it and then reinstated it within hours.

Just opened a Scottish BS e-saver+, and sent a test transfer of £100 from my linked c/a on .Thursday 21/9.

No sign of it in my SBS account. Does it usually take this long for them to allocate transfers in?
I opened an account earlier in the week. Sent funds Friday late morning and still no sign of them in Scottish BS Account. Also any withdrawals are next working day at the earliest
Just gone on my account now. Too slow. Requested account closure. Was given instructions on how to close account. But when you go to their awful online offering there is nothing for account closure, even following their own instructions

I just opened an Issue 50 (am a current customer).  Had to do it within the web account, applying for it in the ordinary way.  Is the secure message issue upgrade available on the app only?  (I don't use their app).
    Thanks.

I don't think Leeds BS have an app. At least I can't find one. If anyone has a link for an iOS one, please can they post it here?

No app as such, but if you click the share button at the bottom of the browser, then choose 'Add to Home Screen' you can create a web shortcut for app-less providers

No I use the online site. When logged on - Go to send Secure Message (top right on account page)  - Click on General Enquiry (drop down menu) -  Click on Product Transfer (another drop down menu)  - Then fill in the box asking for what you want. They then send confirmation of the request - but don’t send confirmation when they have done it, you will need to check in a couple of days. They also credit you with the interest to date on the previous issue which has effectively been monthly interest for the past few months with all the issue changes.

(I wasn’t even aware there was an App!)

Thanks for this.  I'd not noticed this option before, only having clicked the first drop down and seen the options (not including product transfer) so hadn't drilled down further.  My error, though to product transfer and other useful stuff it is rather hidden!
    Thanks.

I can't see Coventry going up. They have only ever gone up in response to the base rate, not in response to competition. The base rate stalled and therefore so have they.

Also very good change their from Chip with the 6 digit pin. Finally starting to listen to customers about security (unlike Tandem). Now they just need to fix the face ID... Actually more testing needed but they may have fixed that too.
