Dudley BS Easy Access Saver Online Issue 2 @ 4.75% (>£250) with annual interest paid on 31st March

it wouldn't currently get into your top 10, but might be worth making a note of.

Also of note is that this account allows deposits by debit card of £10+ online, which could be useful for some.

Those Zopa rates are not 100% terrible right now before the base rate goes up, but they will be a soon as it does.
  • Zopa rates have been updated - still nothing to get excited about though.
    • The new rate for Access pots will be: 4.54% AER* variable (4.44% gross**). This was applied to your account on 13/09/23. The old rate was: 4.28% AER* variable (4.19% gross**).
    • The new rate for 7 Day Boosted pots will be: 4.57% AER* variable (4.47% gross**). This was applied to your account on 13/09/23. The old rate was: 4.32% AER* variable (4.23% gross**).
    • The new rate for 31 Day Boosted pots will be: 4.65% AER* variable (4.55% gross**). This was applied to your account on 13/09/23. The old rate was: 4.42% AER* variable (4.33% gross**).
    • The new rate for 95 Day Boosted pots will be: 4.80% AER* variable (4.69% gross**). This was applied to your account on 13/09/23. The old rate was: 4.52% AER* variable (4.42% gross**).

They are nowhere good enough, and even worse for the notice pots. If they had put their basic at 4.8% and went up from there with pots, they might have kept me. Shame as I really liked Zopa.

4.54% is pretty poor for easy access. And the notice accounts have never really been competitive anyway.
Ex Sg27 (long forgotten log in details)

Massive thank you to those on the long since defunct Matched Betting board.

Ugh made the mistake of quickly opening a Santander account without thinking. Did it in my name but in hindsight we need it in my partner's name as they're not a higher rate tax payer. Will probably just leave it in Chip for now.
I presume Chip is in your partners name?  Otherwise makes no sense

That's what I mean, they have be upgraded from absolutely awful to pretty poor.
Now they are about 30 points behind the average when before they were like 90 points lower.
