We have Shawbrook Easy Access Accounts issue 30 and rates have not been increased, have messaged them as under the message options is "Change My Easy Access Issue"Hopefully this will work, expect we won't hear until next week sometime.0

Seems strange they have an option to Change my easy access issue, I guess there maybe a cut off at some point where it doesn't automatically update interest rate.

Customer service very good and issue sorted , also updated my old easy access issue number.0 -
RedImp_2 said:I originally had my easy access money in Marcus when it was one of the leading rates but jumped onto Chase and moved across to there when it launched with its 1.5% rate. As I had a Santander 123 ac I went with its easy access 2.75% and moved my money there. Chase then went to 3% so across the money went to be followed by Santander going to 3.25% so back the money went. Now Marcus is 3.3% so off we go with transfers.
And this is only with the three accounts I have open (I realise there are higher rate accounts before someone points that out!) but I don’t ever recall such a time as this for changing rates (unless it’s just I’m more aware)1 -
Paragon Triple Access going to 3.51% from 5th... just been notified via email...Zopa lagging now, so will be switching in a weeks time if no changes1
