'Funds are credited to your account the same working day, if you send them before 3.30pm. If you send the funds after this time or not on a working day (Saturday and Sunday or English bank holiday), the funds will credit your account the following working day.'

I’m waiting for my transfer to be processed. They must be overwhelmed with inflow of money. This week I have been putting money in to theirs bond’s and ISA’s, money was processed within the hour.

I did a transfer from Santander to Shawbrook about midday and it has only just arrived at Shawbrook, so still time yet.

I've just applied for the Shawbrook Esaver. I already have ISAs with them so a simple process.

The account's not open yet but my experience from opening the ISAs says it will appear later today and I'll get an email to confirm.

I've been using the Santander Digital E-Saver (3.2%) but it's not competitive any more. Maybe I'll be back in a few weeks if they up their rate again.
