It would appear to have been completely redeveloped since then:

So if anything with the redevelopment prices may rise as confidence in the neighbouring area improves.
I believe Brexit will see prices rise. In uncertain times people stick rather than twist. Those that are selling now either have to sell or can afford the bump; so they are lowering prices to encourage a sale. Once Brexit has happened and everyone knows where they stand we will still be left with the same issue; More demand than supply. As a homeowner I'd like the prices to come down so that more of my peers can get out of being rent-locked and own their home but its not going to happen.0 -

Transactions have been falling for years, and an end to FOM is hardly likely to increase demand?0 -
There are plenty of local factors to take into account that outweigh Brexit.
Luton in particular has "benefitted" from a huge influx of people - from London who can't afford London, from Poland, Romania, elsewhere in Europe and especially Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Although that stress is easing as fewer from E Europe are coming in, and some are returning back there, the others are all still very much factors pressuring prices and demand in Luton and parts of the whole SE of the country.0 -

Prices are being held up by low rates and HTB, not the number of people coming in IMO, and transactions are going nowhere. London will get cheaper as banks start leaving.0 -
