So rent in between? Truth be told im also so fed up with my current divorce and living with my ex situation I just want out but to what end I dont know. Really indecisive. The extra money i could potentially save I do think how i could spend it on my girls to treat them after a horrendous 3 years of the divorce process.. and myself with a new car.. am i being greedy?0

Crash at the parents, view loads of property, and get the right one, by that time the effects of Brexit or whatever is going to happen will be clearer. It is one thing to buy before Brexit and maybe property prices fall after, you can`t really predict that, but to know that similar and better houses are already reducing their prices and press ahead with this purchase? To me that isn`t very sensible or prudent.0

I had that awful doubting myself feeling. We bid for a house (my husband danced to the EA tune and we spent more than would be profitable as it needed gutting. The house hasn’t been touched in 20 years). After our bid was accepted we visited the local schools and they were awful. I cried everyday after that. I wasn’t sure if it was anxiety about the move or stress from knowing it was wrong. But I felt dread from the moment I woke up till bedtime then didn’t sleep. The vendor sadly passed before completion so we agreed to pull out. We have lost out on two houses since. But I’m still glad I did it. My advice is probably terrible but I would drink a bottle of wine and relax fully. The booze will quiet your stressed and overthinking mind and allow you to think clearly.0

I dont drink. I eat chocolate instead and regret it the next day. Only think is my property is being sold due to divorce agreement and I would have to leave my current town to go back to my home town and start again. I dont really get on with my mum so dont feel too reliant on her support to stay at hers. Im hoping they pull out. But if they dont i have a feeling we will exchange on both end of week... im feeling negative but its better than where i am now with my ex? Sorry its so complicated. Also the extra £20k my fathers giving so part of me thinks im being hasty as its not coming from my pocket!0

After my house sale and onward purchase falling through twice near exchange over the past 10 months, I think in desperation I made an offer on a property in December expecting it to fall through and not complete like my other two sales.
Pull out if that's the only reason you made the offer.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
