Hiya Scarlett,
Lol at the Super Fresco. My Dad's been buying and selling property for a few years and he bloody INSISTS on using the stuff, complete with dado rail and garish paint (think dark greens, maroons) so the place resembles a pub circa 1985! And he won't have it that people buy the place and immediately rip it out...he thinks it's the height of sophistication! So that gave me a wry chuckle. I always remember building doll's houses out of carpet samples as a kid as my dad was a floor layer
Those sites look great. I've registered for BSC and am currently perusing some articles on the Debt Questions site. One user has said that that squirrelling isn't a problem with the OR generally, so phew!
No doubt I will be back on soon with some observation or question...

Be careful not to swamp yourself with too much info, it can make your head spin, or maybe that's just me
Lol @ your Dad and the super fresco - my Dad's still a big fan too  When we were decorating our old house I was going to beat him around the head with a roll of it if he didn't stop suggesting how lovely it would be on the walls, ceilings, floors, furniture.....You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Well all of that went way over my head
Does your Dad like Artex too? That's another fave of my Dad's...it's making me shudder just thinking about the stuff. Why take a perfectly good ceiling or wall and cover it in that rubbish??
I know what you mean about information overload. I'm only reading when I have a specific query to address. In so many ways the internet's a wonderful resource but sometimes it can overwhelm you can't it?
Hope everyone is well. We're okay. I've booked the BR appointment (7th May) and got the forms but I am full of flu and have ventured out of bed for the first time in a couple of days today so I won't be looking over them til the weekend.
Someone (somewhere! There's that info overload..) said that filling in the forms online was worth a go. Anyone done this and what do they reckon? Typing's usually easier for me as my illness causes muscle fatigue.
Catch you all soon!0 -

Hiya- hope you feeling better soon, I can recommend filling in the forms online , Its really easy, and you can save at any time and return to them if you get too fed up or tired..and its all pretty self explanatory.
The Judge actually thanked me for typing them out on Tuesday as it was easier to read them. Bless him.

Crystal, don't you remember the dead "catchy" song.....
<sings, badly and out of tune>
"What goes up....... must come down.....
Super fresco makes it easy, it's by Graham and Broooooooown"
Ringing any bells?
Luckily, my dad's love of all things bad taste doesn't extend to artex <shudder>. I agree, revolting stuff!
Anyway, back to more serious matters - yes, I'd definitely recommend filling the forms in online. Mine gave me serious hand ache and there's so much tippex on them they practically rattleI really wish I'd done mine online, but by the time I realised what a pita they were I'd almost finished :rotfl:
Well done for booking it :T trust me, it will fly, it'll be here before you know it!You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Ahhhh! the penny drops...I don't remember it though
terrible memory for stuff like that. I'm sure you've all had the 'remember such and such a cartoon when we were kids?' conversation after one too many drinkies? Well I'm the one that will sit there looking blank lol
I'll read through them offline I think so I know what I need to hand, then do the !!!!!!s online.
And bless that judge indeed wobblebottom (love the name). Hope mine is of a similar disposition!
