I have just read your thread and it certainly shows the roller coaster ride of br.

I hope you do not mind me asking but how are things now, I only ask because I had my interview 11 days ago and he said at first it is unlikely I get a BRO and then when we discussed a loan I accepted 7 months earlier he said he was 50:50 as to wether I get one.

I hope all is going well.

Just trawled through 7 pages to find scarletts bc date. She has until the 18th of feb before AD so think she may be lying low;) although her last activity on MSE was at 3pm today:rolleyes: but she never popped in. Shame on you lady scarlett:rotfl: hope you well girl and get to this when you lurk:D .Dxxxx

Its great to be able to read other peoples experiences. It was like reading a story wanting the happy ending but for poor scarlet it took a scary turn, I hope you are happier now and enjoying your new debt free life.

I am in limbo like you were and some days are good and some are bad. Going to the court and being declared br was now looking back the easy part, now I have had my OR interview I feel br is now a reality. I hope one day I can move on, but for now I am thankful if I get to the end of the day with no contact from OR.

Just caught up with this. It does sound like your OR has been very unfair, but can totally understand why the will to fight it has gone. I hope you had a good Christmas

Dalip, how are you flower? Sorry for not being about much lately I think I'd got to the stage where if I even HEARD the word "bankrupt" I felt like I might scream - I needed to take a bit of a step-back from it all, you know?

But I promise not to be such a stranger any longer I'd like to try and give back some of the support and help I got from this life-saver of a forum

Yep, it's 3 weeks on Wednesday until AD (not that I'm counting or anything :rolleyes: ) and I can't fcuking WAIT!

NIDA - thanks for the PM and your kind words Things are "okay" at the moment - I'm still on the old happy pills and while I'm not the person I was 18 months ago I'm doing okay Life is much simpler these days and despite all the issues and problems we've had on this BR road, it's still the best thing we could have done for us.

Thanks to everyone who was wondering how I was - I'm touched and humbled
