NIDA - thanks for your kind words :) I'm sorry, I'm not sure what stage of BR you're at right now but if there's 1 piece of advice I can give you it's this - stick around on this forum, it's been absolutely invaluable to me this last 12-18 months and I couldn't have got through it without the wonderful people on here :)

  • thanks scarlet, went br 5th dec 2008, OR interview 14 th January 2009.
He did not discuss my I&E, asked questions about several of my creditors, the thing he said is causing the problem is the loan.

It is just going to be a long year, I just have to wait to see if he wants to do anything.

    Its driving me insane.

Ah yes, I've just gone back and read about that. I know it's easy for me to say, but please do try not to worry too much about it - what will be will be and turning yourself inside out with worry & anxiety will do nothing to alter the outcome (speaking from experience here :o ). In my experience you can't always take everything the OR says at that first interview as "definite" anyway........ in mine he barely mentioned my creditors but did mention my I&E, a LOT, and seemed convinced initially that I'd be getting a hefty IPA. That was never mentioned again and then we were hit with the shock of the BRUs and it even says in the paperwork we got with that "no IPA will be saught due to insufficient disposable income"
