Hi everyone <little wave>

Sorry I haven't been around for a while, but unfortunately I ended up letting everything that's happened in the last 12 months or so get right on top of me and quite frankly, I thought I was losing my mind. This culminated with a trip to see my GP who was just amazing and to cut a very long story short she's given me some <cough> happy pills to help me get over the worst of it

I just didn't want you all thinking I'd abandoned the forum and all of you after all the kindness, support and advice I've received - that's why I've told you what I've said above.

Scarlet, I just wanted to thank you so much for this thread, its been an inspirational read and has really made me think that BR isn't as bad as I thought. I am trying to talk hubby into it and think it will be the best all round. Thanks again *hug*

I haven't updated this thread for a while because, well, there's been nothing to update really!

We still haven't heard anything re our BRUs, despite the OR saying that we'd hear about H's by the middle of October Don't know whether to contact him about it and ask? Or should I leave well alone?!!

I've started feeling a LOT better in the last week or 2 so think the happy pills have finally started to get into my system, which is a huge relief. I can finally feel the "big black cloud" that seems to have been following me around starting to lift
