<woe is me> I just want an end to it all now. I thought going to court would be the end. Then I thought the interview would be the end. <sigh> I really hope this is IT now and I can finally start to put things behind me </woe is me>

You will be fine Scarlett, you know what the interview is for, and that can only make it easier. Your not going to prison for your mistakes, so you *might* get a BRO/U (remember its to gather evidence to send away for assessment), if you do it will mean you cant get credit over 500quid for the term of the BRU/O and will have to manage with your basic bank account.
Moan away if it makes you feel better thats a good thing. (im a born moaner, and im very good at it, it helps me LOL)."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

God, it was hard work, it really was. OR was perfectly nice, pleasant and polite but he was VERY thorough. I feel utterly drained now!
He asked all about the SL, the Tesco loan (that I for H), the fact that new debts were run up after clearing them with the SL and why I'd done that and how I'd expected to re-pay them. He asked all about H's poker and how I'd felt about that.
I was lost for words (no honestly I was) on a couple of occasions and just said "because I was stupid" to which he said "it's not my place to judge, you're not the worse I've seen"
His recommendation for BRU for me is due to "borrowing money I should have known I had no reasonable prospect of repaying" (or words to that effect). He'll do the report by the end of this month and I should know by the middle of November the verdict. H's report is almost finished apparently and he should have an answer by about the middle of October.
Soooooooo relieved it's over and just hope that's it now (decision on BRU permitting of course). You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Dalip, you naughty minxHe was, yes! Very good looking but built like the incredible hulk and that's not really my thing
I kept staring at his forearms thinking: 1. how does he get shirts to fit? and 2. they look like the joints of ham you see in the butchers.
