Hi Dalip
Yes i am back! Had to have a few months away. I was stressed at work after unsuccessfull application for promotion, not sleeping well, feeling short tempered etc. But I am fine and back to my old self now.
I am going to be mainly lurking, I will only post if I feel something has been posted which is incorrect. You and the others do a great job!
Scarlett, sometimes a 2nd interview is just to ask the same questions again, or to clarify inconsistencies or obtain missing info. You really should try not to think the worst. You sound pretty open and honest to me!
A2CHi ADTC:hello: ( sorry about this scarlett) how are things ?. Long time no see;) . Good to see you back, you were missed.DX0 -
Yes, the interviews are with our original OR, it states his name as the person we're seeing.
Take the change on the IS site out of the situation and what are you left with? A very nervous me but less confusion I suppose
Blind-as-a-bat - the amounts in regard to H's gambling are pretty large I thinkIt's all relative though I suppose and depends on what you or the OR see as 'large'.
A2C - thanks for your reply, it's appreciated. If you don't mind me asking a direct question to you - does it make sense to you that we've been summoned in like this 2 weeks after our entries on the IS site changed to transferred to RTLU? I was always under the impression that transfer to RTLU means the OR has finished his/her investigations. Could it be (in your opinion) that either the IS site has made a mistake or that the OR's office has made an admin. error? Or is it actually perfectly normal to be tranferred to RTLU and summoned for face-to-face interviews? That's more than 1 question I appreciate - sorryYou can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

I am confused to be honest! It is my understanding that cases only get transferred to RTLU is therefore is no ongoing further investigation. So no, normally after transfer to RTLU the bankrupt would not normally be called into for re-interview.
I think if i were you I would telephone your examiner on Monday, asking what the purpose of the interview is. The examiner should honestly tell you if your case has been identified as possibly suitable for a BRO/BRU. Also ask them to confirm if your case has been transferred to a RTLU.
Sorry I cant be of more help. I only deal with cases at the initial stages, the intial interview and drawing up the report to creditors.Scarlett.1974 wrote: »Yes, the interviews are with our original OR, it states his name as the person we're seeing.

Oh no, you've been very helpful, thank you very muchAm glad in a way that it's confused you as much as it's confused me - at least I know I'm not being stupid :rotfl: One last question (promise!) - does the IS site every make mistakes? Clutching at straws here for an expliantion, so am wondering if it's possible that we haven't actually been transferred to RTLU after all
because we haven't actually had anything in writing to tell us that we have, but our entries changed on there just over 2 weeks ago now <goes off to check it again>.

The EIIR (electronic individual insolvency register) should be correct, as the date is uploaded from the office database overnight every night. So something like which office is dealing should be correct.
I am off now to cook roast beef dinner and lemon meringue pie, will try and check back later.Scarlett.1974 wrote: »Oh no, you've been very helpful, thank you very muchAm glad in a way that it's confused you as much as it's confused me - at least I know I'm not being stupid :rotfl: One last question (promise!) - does the IS site every make mistakes? H has spoken to the OR this morning.
It's not a mistake...... we have been summoned for interviews. They're about "some certain spendings on CCs". Why it couldn't have said this on the letters I do not know. I'm pretty gutted and worried sick. Also, the OR said they can't be done together or even one after the other because (you'll love this one) "the room has to be booked for 4 hours per interview and there's no days for the rest of this month that it's free for 2 slots". Super, thanks.
H, in his wisdom, re-arranged mine for a week on Thursday (in the morning), but to be honest I'd rather go next Monday afternoon and get it out of the way..... so have rung back to re-re-arrange it  but only got the answer-machine, so just waiting for him to call me back.
Apparently, it's "standard procedure" (yeah, right) and has took so long because they've been waiting on CC statements.
Oh, and as to the change in our entries on the IS site to "transferred to RTLU"? He had NO idea why that was and said they certainly had NOT finished their investigations into us.
Ho-hum.You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Oh bu99er Scarlett.:(
Sorry, but that excuse that you can't be seen on the same day is codswallop. If the room is booked for 4 hours they can do both of you in that slot, 2 hours each.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

We thought that, but apparently no. They have to allow 3 hours per person, so book the room for 4 "just in case" Good lord, I can't go for that long without a fag....... I can't even go that long without needing the looYou can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Oh Pants! just read your news what a f******
rest assured "if" it goes for 3hrs (which it more than likley wont) they have to offer you regular comfort breaks for either the loo or ciggiesWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
