Hi Scarlett - try not to worry. Just think, what is the worst that can happen? You can only give the OR the information you have, nothing more. If you can't recollect something, just be honest. I couldn't remember any dates, amounts, etc. It was almost as if my mind had gone blank. I even missed an £8k loan off my SOA!

The VERY worst they can do is issue a BRO/BRU and this is like a slap on the wrist really, nothing more.

Don't get stressed out, because stress is bad for your health!

Just contact the OR on Monday morning - you are entitled to at least know what is going on. Good luck, and keep us posted!!

Thank you storminbalder. Like you said yourself, if it IS regarding H's poker (which is the only thing I can think of really) then it doesn't explain why both of us have been summoned in unless they count me as an 'accessory' to it or something like that...... that I condoned it, agreed with it (which I didn't) or encouraged it (which again, I certainly didn't).

Hi Scarlett - request that you both have your interview on the same day, one after the other if possible. They should be able to accommodate that request then you won't have to make 2 trips.

I won't bother to say don't worry as I know you probably will anyway!

Sorry to hear about all this upset after such a long time.

Is there any chance your OH used any of your cards/accounts for poker without you knowing? Could explaim why they need to see you too?

I'd so as FYP suggests and ask for at least the same day, if not together. Our interview was face-to-face and we went in at together.

Hiya scarlett hmm can really say anything as everyone else has it covered.....hopefully its a hiccup on the OR's behalf .....least they should do is either same day interviews or face to face together

Am definitely going to [STRIKE]demand[/STRIKE] politely request that they do us one after another on the same day, if not together, to save on petrol if nothing else. It's a 60 odd mile round trip to the OR's office.

peachyprice - no, there's no way he could have done that without me knowing We only even had 1 joint account and that was household bills (mortgage, utilities, groceries) etc..... and was actually the only account not OD when we went BR :rolleyes:

I know I'm repeating myself (:o ) but it just doesn't make any sense. Why transfer us to RTLU 2 weeks ago and then spring this on us now? <sigh>
