Hi for those of you having trouble with the site I can confirm that I have just used Quidco to join my parents to the NT. Did 2 separate transations and the first tracked immediately, the second is not showing yet so am keeping fingers crossed. But had no problems with either of the sites.Being powerful is being like a lady.....if you have to say it you ain't!0

Hi, I have tried to connect via quidco on internet explorer and Mozilla firefox and still not getting anywhere. I unchecked 'show friendly http error messages,' still no luck! I'm at my wits end as I need to join someone up for membership for their Christmas present. Any help appreciated.
Thanks0 -
I know this might be a bit like stating the obvious - but have you got your cookies enabled? If so it could be a security setting issue.
If you are using Internet Explorer go to Tools and then Internet Options. The first tab that should show is General. On this tab half way down should be the cookies options under Temporary Internet Settings. First off click on Delete Cookies and confirm with an OK. Now delete all files in the Temp Internet Folder - click on the next button that says Delete Files. Again confirm with an OK. Click on the next button, Settings, and make sure it is set for automatic. You can set this to Every Visit To The Page and try that.
Now go to the Security tab and click on Default Level near the bottom. A slide bar should appear - drag this down to Medium-Low. A warning will appear - OK this and Apply and then OK. Now go back to Quidco and do a search for National Trust and follow the link etc... If this did not work then go back and adjust your security settings back to Medium or higher dependant on what they were on before.
For Firefox users click on Tools and then the Privacy heading. Half way down under Cookies make sure there is a tick in Accept Cookies from Sites and keep until they expire. Now click on Show Cookies and then Remove All Cookies. A bit futher down under Private Data click on Clear Now. Make sure there are ticks in Browsing History, Cache and Cookies. Then clear them and click OK to confirm. Now go back to Quidco and do a search for National Trust and follow the link etc...
Good luck!0 -

I have been trying for days to get on to the National Trust site via quidco but had no joy. I followed Siddas's advice last night and managed to get through twice for 2 separate transactions and have checked today and they have both tracked. Bargain pressies!!:j0
