It says next to the vendors how long tracking normally takes, on the bars in the top right.
I think it says national trust takes 2-3 months to pay out.
  • It still hasnt tracked

Don't know if this is any use to you - but to give you some idea of timescale I took out two separate memberships on the 14th November to start with a month's delay. I got a letter from the NT dated 15th Nov, but it did not get here til about the 24th confirming my direct debit details. This Saturday just gone, 1st Dec, I received the joining pack, membership cards and two picnic rugs. Quidco tracked within a day of joining. Still showing as tracked.

I don't think there is anything stopping me getting 14 free days out of them by using the cards now - they only have the expiry date of Dec 08 on them.

The expiry date quoted suggests you haven;t had the months delay. I chose the month delay option and the date on the temporary card is a month from that date.

    Can anyone help.
Ordered 2 single memberships through quidco but made a mistake with the lead names and dd account holders name.
They have sent me 2 dd forms to fill out for the direct debit instead of taking the details off my order.
Will this have an effect on the quidco? If so what shall I do?

I did a family membership on 8th december through Quidco. I had the email from NT almost immediately with the temporary card attached. The problem is the transaction is not showing as tracked? I have submitted a missing earnings enquiry but been told they won't do anything for 2 weeks. Am I best to sit this out or is there a way I can cancel it and try again?

Has anyone managed to get through in the last couple of days? I'm wondering if it's been pulled now.

I couldn't get through quidco at home but at work yesterday I managed it and bought 2 couple memberships. But, they haven't tracked!?!?!?!?!?!?!? First time I have had a problem with quidco. So I have opened up a 'missing amount' with them. This will take ages to sort out!

anyone who has received the info packs and picnic rugs - can u please tell me if they were delivered by royal mail or courier? i ordered 2 memberships an i have 2 parcels waiting at the post office for collection with insufficient postage paid so i have to go to the other side of town an pay £11.90 to find out what they are!!!
  • Mine came via Royal Mail. They were too big to send out with the postie so came later in the van that delivers the bigger parcels that don't need signing for.
