have constantly tried to get this offer and can not get the quidco link to work, have tried on 3 different computers using both firefox and IE have cleared cookies and followed all previously posted advice on this tread, can some one please advise me

Had the same problem for days until I restarted my router.

Hasnt tracked yet thou

mine didn't track either so have cancelled it. May try again in the New Year.

glad you got yours jules1503 (and everyone else) :0) i guess there is a problem with tracking on this then by the sounds of it. i really hope they do get it sorted out for everyone. My enquiry is still awaiting processing. fingers crossed!

i am a bit cross with NT, i got gift membership on 15 Nov to start 15 Jan for my parents and on the 4th Dec they recieved their cards and rugs, now i have nothing to give at christmas:o
i also got 2 memberships for our children, (10 and 12) so grandparents have no excuse not to take them out:j but they did not recieve free rugs???

Quidco has tracked £80 but not validated yet, how long should this take? i have done a boden order 1/2 hour ago and its already validated.

I have had the same problem so reported it to Quidco. This is their reply

Hi there, There seems to be an issue with a minority of members where the link does not work. We have raised the issue with the technical team that provides the tracking and they are actively working on a solution. In the meantime if you click through and then delete "index.sxf?p=317&l=1" from the end of the url this should work ok. Kind regards, Quidco

the link is working today but it's not tracking yet.

well my gift went down a treat but has anybody noticed that the "12 months for the price of 9" is a bit of a rip off, most places I've looked at are only open for 8 months per year.

We'd quite like to go now as I have a week off for Christmas but most places are closed until April !

Hooray I managed to use the Quidco link (after 2 months of problems) and order 2 memberships (as 2 separate transactions of course).

Would it work if I bought an individual membership via Quidco then went back and added an additional member via Quidco? This seems a bit obvious but no-one's mentioned it so I'm guessing it wouldn't work.
