I tried on laptop, home pc and work, none of them would work. Then I went via internet explorer on home pc last night and it worked fine. There must be some gremlins at work somewhere. Checked this morning and quidco have tracked so the link is def working. Hope quidco pay out and this will be a mega bargain. Still a good purchase for the money whatever happens with quidco.

I would like this offer - love the NAtional Trust. However, I can only afford it if it definately tracks thru Quidco. Is it pretty striaghtforward to do it?

As you can see from the thread, some people have found it difficult to get through from quidco- but if you do it seems to track. I've ordered 3, had 2 arrive so far and all track BUT it says payment in February so bear that in mind.

Help....my quidco has tracked but it says £20 declined.
I have paid by DD and had my information pack too...so can they really decline to pay it? I have raised a query with quidco but has anyone else had this problem?

I too have purchased 2 through quidco and showing tracking Feb.

I purchased as gifts to start in 2 months on November 20th but still had nothing come through in the post.

I just wondered when others asked for theirs to start as a few people have said they have recieved their packs.

I don't want to be calling in case it stops the quidco

I ordered 2 gift memberships mid November to start in one month so they would be active when opened at xmas. I was concerned that nothing had come through yet so rang NT and they said they hadn't sent the packs out to me due to the membership not starting immediately and assured me that they would be sent out in time for the start date. I suspect the people who had memberships to start straight away would have their packs sent straight to them? Hope this reassures you. If you do feel like calling I just said that as I hadn't heard anything I just wanted to check that they had my details on record and they told me straight away that everything was fine.

Don't know if this is any use to you - but to give you some idea of timescale I took out two separate memberships on the 14th November to start with a month's delay. I got a letter from the NT dated 15th Nov, but it did not get here til about the 24th confirming my direct debit details. This Saturday just gone, 1st Dec, I received the joining pack, membership cards and two picnic rugs. Quidco tracked within a day of joining. Still showing as tracked.

I don't think there is anything stopping me getting 14 free days out of them by using the cards now - they only have the expiry date of Dec 08 on them.

I'm new to this and have just joined Quidco, i think i get the general idea of it works etc, however i clicked on the link and joined but i cannot see anything on my Quidco account.....

How do i definitely know it has worked? And how long do things usually take to track?

It says next to the vendors how long tracking normally takes, on the bars in the top right.
