Mine came in the Royal Mail van too. I was beginning to panic as ordered last month but to start this month as they are Christmas presents for my parents. I don't think that these could be the parcels that have been underpaid in postage - I didn't have to sign for them either and they are in national trust posting bags which have been prepaid so would have been sent and charged back to their account whatever the cost

Ordered a fmaily memebership on 30-Nov, received cards and rug on 08-Dec. Strange thing is the membership I ordered was for:
Me
Mrs. G
Little G (9 years old)
I have only received 2 cards, they are identical but have my name and my partner (as a Mr.!) and no mention of my daughter.
I'll give them a ring later, very confusing.
edit: Just checked the website and the family membership includes 2 cards witht he parents names on them. CHildren under 18 then go free. I have a felling the "Mr" bit may have been my mistake when applying online as I put my name in first bu then changed it when I realised the receiver of the gift was first.0 -
Hi all,
Mine still haven't tracked - anyone else found theirs have yet? I had a letter from NT to say thanks for selecting 'giftaid' but nothing elese via post yet.
I have opened a missing earnings too but have to wait 2 weeks!0 -
went to pick up parcels today and they were the welcome packs and picnic rugs! had to argue for 20 mins with the post office staff after repeatedly pointing out the royal mail postage paid label on the bag and they still insisted i had to pay £11.90, i wouldnt budge and the q was getting longer and the fella eventually went to speak to someone about it and returned looking quite sheepish and said "here take them" no apology or anything! moral of the story is this - if they have done this once how many other times have they tried to do it an how many people would actually pay instead of arguing their point??0

Can anyone tell me if all children under 5yrs of age go free regardless of whether the membership is for family or individual? Just thought that my wife and I could buy two singles and the kids being under 5 should be free thus saving on the family membership which looks to be useful for kids over 5. Is this correct or have I got it all wrong?!!!Happiness is wanting what you have, not having what you want.

My parking sticker is also yil March 2008, I presumed that a new one would be sent before this runs out, but perhaps someone who has had membership before could confirm this please.Always on the hunt for a bargain0
