Yep, mine have been doctored as well, but I've still got the original detailed ones in my PDF folder. As I've been with several failed suppliers (GB, IRESA, Eversmart) I dont leave it to chance anymoreNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0

Yes my eac is there so why dont they use it for calculations.
Eac is 2551 kWh ie 216. 66kWh per 31 day month NOT 406.
I am willing to accept my eac has increased. I've just worked it out to 2682.2 kWh per year
That equates to 227.8 kwh per 31 day month
So why bill me for 406 kWh. It's wrong
Presumably because they are using their latest version of term 3.17?0 -

12.354p per unit. 15p standing charge
Only saves me 3 quid a year but gets me away from this mess
Currently should be paying 12.41 per unit and 15.5p standing charge
Once away from symbio I can't go back as I can't get a quote due to having a smart meter not that I'd want to return0 -

Not had my bill yet but my daughter has. Last month I didn't get mine until the end of the month as I believe they are still trying to sort out my unauthorised transfer away from them where I have not been billed for around 6 weeks energy.0

Yes, their customer services are open until 3pm on Saturdays.
Though their complaints office isn't.

You can't really complain unless/until you have the email/bill to understand the issue properly.
They have until Tuesday to get the bills issued if they want to collect on Friday. Probably only until Monday in reality, as they seem to need to get the data to gocardless the working day before, so that gocardless can send out the advance notice out on time.0 -

Then you presumably agreed to the latest terms and hopefully were informed "of your payment amounts and payment dates when we set up your account with us."
Perhaps you could enlighten us all as to what percentages month by month of the total annual usage Symbio apply to new account monthly payments?0
