Symbio have removed all the history online.
The bills, the past usage graphs. - all gone!
I'm not sure if Symbio are hoping by 'burning the books' they think none of us have all the historical data already saved.
Let's hope it's just a temporary computer glitch.0 -
This could account for everyone's overestimation. If they have no historical records of customers usage how can they accurately estimate someone's usage0

I download and save my bills as PDF's when they are posted so I dont have a problem if their system goes off-line or they go bust.
I keep a folder with all the bills from all my suppliers over the past ten years and it gets backed up regularly so it doesn't get lost.
I also keep my own spreadsheet with both weekly and monthly meter readings for my records.
I do the same for my water and phone bills. I might seem to be a bit OTT but it makes all the difference if there's a query and you've got the info at your fingertips.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -

Your EAC should be stated at the bottom of your bill.
At least it always used to be, and in December for the first time, Symbio actually found the split figures for E7 I provided on sign up, rather than assume its 42% low rate. They still used the assumed 42% split though, despite having found the correct figures
I'm happy for them to continue (start?) to bill me according to term 3.17 - of the version of the terms we both agreed to back in the Summer.0 -

They haven't gone off-line - Symbio have removed them.

My old bills are still on-line but the graph has been reset to January. It wont bother me if they do remove the old bills because I've already downloaded them all and I'll do the same when the January one appears.
I dont need or want the graph because I've already got my own, derived from my spreadsheet recordsNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -

[STRIKE]You're lucky!
Everyone else has reported they've gone.
Symbio have even changed the URL, so you don't get a error message, as I posted above, so a deliberate act by Symbio.[/STRIKE]matelodave wrote: »I'll do the same when the January one appears.
Some people have already received emails containing the full bill.
I'm surprised if you have just checked and seen all the old bills online on your specific account, you cannot see January's bill there too.[/STRIKE]
Edit: Looks like you've later agreed they the bills not there for you either0 -
Yes my eac is there so why dont they use it for calculations.
Eac is 2551 kWh ie 216. 66kWh per 31 day month NOT 406.
I am willing to accept my eac has increased. I've just worked it out to 2682.2 kWh per year
That equates to 227.8 kwh per 31 day month
So why bill me for 406 kWh. It's wrong0 -
My bills are still there. In a very simplified format though. The graphs have all vanished
Symbio towers is going to be busy Monday morning.0
