Since when? I've been giving meter readings via the website since August

It's optional anyway, I have submitted a couple.

    Nonsense. I've submitted several reads.

    They ignore email correspondence

Rubbish. They responded and fully resolved my emailed complaint to them within 3 days (in comparison Utility Point always took two weeks to respond, and Scottish Power never responded to any of the 14 emails I sent them over 3 months).

(and do the usual trick of poor companies of sending everything from noreply addresses - grrrr!)

Drivel. They've never sent me an email from a noreply address, and even if they did they provide all of their contact details on the website.

Still not had a December guesstimate bill. I suspect they are trying to reconcile the period I was stolen by Utilita and returned and their strange billing system cannot cope accounting for what I used 2 months ago.

My advice - avoid at all costs. Website that doesn't accept meter readings. They then ask you to provide photographs of readings - there is no possible way to do this as they admit on the 'phone ("we are waiting for a website update"). They lied on the website and claimed they would be fitting all customers with smart meters "by the end of 2019". They don't even have a licence to do this, and won't have till at least 2ndQ 2020, let alone actually doing it. They ignore email correspondence (and do the usual trick of poor companies of sending everything from noreply addresses - grrrr!) and ignore meter readings you give them on the 'phone and just carry on with estimated. In summary - not even close to being even vaguely competent as an energy supplier.

You have always be down on this company and to be honest I do not believe you are a real customer. Just a complainer. Also we send photo of meter every month via email. Just move on!

My bill arrived today, just the usual for December, better late than never I suppose.

Anyone else lost online access to their bills?

Mine all seem to have been replaced with a pointless 'Bill Summary' with details of what you paid, when you paid, how you paid, etc, but no details of how Cost of Energy Used for Billing Period (Excluding VAT) was actually arrived at.

Glad I downloaded the proper bills when they were available.

I get just a bill summary online too. Never really looked at that section of the website before, as they have always emailed the full bill to me.

Energy usage graphs have reset to 0 so are based on calendar year not contract period.

That's a shame. I found symbios energy graphs quite useful

However all is not lost. I use an app called energy usage on my android phone. Its superb. I have historical graphs going back several years on it.

I recommend it. If you have copies of old bills it doesn't take long to enter readings into the app and you have a great set of graphs you can use independently of your gas or electricity company

My google docs spreadsheet does all that too
