Yes, but you said:I've just moved house and the previous supplier was with with Symbio. I'm currently looking to set up my energy supplier and everyone seems to be significantly more expensive than Symbio. To put into perspective the cheapest on Compare the Market is Blue Energy at 18.7p/kWh and 20.38p/day standing charge. Symbio are showing as 12.9p/kWh and 10p/day standing charge. This is a big difference. Can someone tell me that I'm reading this wrong so I don't need to consider Symbio any more.Of course if you want the very cheapest tariff then you are probably stuck with Symbio.N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.
2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 34 MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.Not exactly back from my break, but dipping in and out of the forum.Ofgem cap table, Ofgem cap explainer. Unlikely you will find a fixed tariff cheaper than Symbio, for me the next is around +£110 and for my daughter +£240.Their CS is non existent, they overcharge on DDs (which can be sneakily got round !) but their billing, in a roundabout sort of way, is accurate and they are pretty good with closing bills. Never left with a credit balance though so I don't know how quick they are to refund.1

They are your supplier by default until you switch. Once you have established yourself with them, you can consider switching to any other supplier of you choice.0

It's a rebadged version of Energylinx but it defaults to showing all most suppliers, and it sometimes shows exclusive offers. As usual the answer is to shop around, and that includes price comparison websites. It's still worthwhile to start with CA and 'Which? Switch?' and then try a few others. As all claims about savings should be ignored, it can also make sense to state you are currently with a supplier other than your own so that any cheaper tariffs they have are not suppressed.0

As usual tried to give them a reading via my iPhone and a picture of the meter. However every time I tried to submit data I kept getting logged out. In the end just gave them a reading via their portal.
This month my actual usage is 255 against their increased forecast for June of 545 units.0
