10.7p beckons - down from 10.9p, what's not to like?!
    The increased standing charge....
It all works out about the same for me, slightly cheaper if anything on their latest varuable tariff.  However their communication is appalling.
Indeed, it only works for high-ish users, but still top of the tables. I might fix now as I  can't see rates dropping much lower.

i'm going to keep chasing them for late refund payment!
  • I've recently changed to their "Low Fair and Green Variable SE03 v2" tariff.

As this has no exit fee do you think it is possible to just change over to the current cheapest tariff "Low Fair and Green Variable SE01 v8" ?

    Thanks in advance

No reminder email this month. However meter reads just submitted. They estimated 616 units but the actual read was 328 units. I know they refund the difference but knowing them they will probably estimate 900 units for December as they did last year.

I couldn't resist creating a graph to show Symbio how crap their estimating, sorry "interest free loan", algorithm is:

The year on year saving comes from LED lighting upgrades in the kitchen - almost 900W of lighting down to under 200W.

I've been with symbio since April and my "estimated readings" are only just about 80 KWh higher than my actual readings.....mind you, i have acquired and been charging an electric car at home which wasn't taken account of with the previous "annual usage calculations", and despite this they have still slightly overestimated!! Just goes to show just how much they enjoy their interest free loans from customers!!

My timescale is shorter but the pattern is the same

I tried the link, it only shows me dual rate, although I have an E7 meter, I am on a standard flat rate.
This is the issue I have, when I ring them it says this number is not in service ....

I haven't had any emails from them at all, not even the ones asking me to give a meter read this month

Hmmm, the cynic in me wonders whether they're hoping not to get meter readings this month, thus no consolidation required and another massive over-estimation for the month ahead doubles the size of their interest free loan?
