All fixed within 4 days of posting with quick reply from Symbio.

Their estimate for this month is 616 kw. Just checked and our useage so far is only 304.0

Ive just had a "reminder" that I am going to be changed from Low, Fair and Green 2020 Variable v16 to Fair and Green Variable Renewal v2. I only switched to in back in July! Any ideas what's going on??0

It's not that complicated really,an energy supplier has given the required notice that a variable tariff is being removed.
However long that tariff has been in place is neither here nor there.
There's a variable renewal in the email that can be accepted or rejected by the 31st of December.
Will be taking a look at comparisons in the near future.0 -
Just don't accept the offered tariff, which is rubbish.
