well they still aren't replying to my emails...
Had query regards exit fees on bill and also estimate off about 4 times usage.

Emails no reply. so written letter with stamp marked complaint.

All fixed within 4 days of posting with quick reply from Symbio.

    Great customer service  LOL.😁

Ive just had a "reminder" that I am going to be changed from Low, Fair and Green 2020 Variable v16 to  Fair and Green Variable Renewal v2. I only switched to in back in July! Any ideas what's going on??

It's not that complicated really,an energy supplier has given the required notice that a variable tariff is being removed.
However long that tariff has been in place is neither here nor there.
There's a variable renewal in the email that can be accepted or rejected by the 31st of December.
Will be taking a look at comparisons in the near future.

Just don't accept the offered tariff, which is rubbish. There is a link in the email to select other tariffs.
I've chosen the 'Low Fair and Green Variable SE01 v8', which is still the cheapest available in my area.

In fact they haven't, they've sent me a reminder, its the first I've heard of it.
