My log in is ok.CRISPIANNE3 said:Tried to log into my account this pm and keep getting a message Error: An error occurred while processing your request. Could someone kindly check to see if they are having the same issue. Many thanks.
I did not click any links in the email though, just went to Firefox and logged in from there.

Usual Symbio rubbish: click Yes to subscribe - but small print below says if my email is not confirmed (what does that mean?) they will subscribe me anyway. !!!!!!?bubieyehyeh said:How very classy of symbio. I've received an email about a newsletter subscription, which is opt-out not opt-in.Oh, and for the grammatically challenged people running Symbio, it's "tariffs" not "tariff's". English isn't that difficult!EDIT: Login works fine, pointless though as the site is an embarrassment.0 -

Considering I have not received a bill for this month even though I gave them my up to date read on the 29 Feb I think they have now closed my account down.CRISPIANNE3 said:Tried to log into my account this pm and keep getting a message Error: An error occurred while processing your request. I tried logging on just to enter a meter read just now without going into my account and got the following message
"We are unable to find a matching record for the Postcode and Customer Reference Number that you entered".
However when I checked my account earlier today it was working fine. Anyway I am not going to do anything and will wait for them to make contact.0 -
Your account has been closed down. That's what happened to mine when I left. I wouldn't hold your breath getting a call India is on lockdown too now1

Sadly I think you've reached peak Symbio incompetence - flooding them with meter readings, quitting and then attempting to un-quit. But you may have found your way to Symbio's ultimate free electricity status?CRISPIANNE3 said:

Seriously though, since UK & India are on lockdown, log monthly meter readings, work out your own bill, put the money aside and do nothing else. Then later in the year, when things are a little less crazy, contact them about getting it sorted out.
The best way to do business with Symbio is not to interact with them apart from 1 meter reading a month.2 -

Well I spoke to them today. Apparently the advisor was isolating from home and between the sound of water and wild life in the background they managed to reopen the account. How good is that!!0
