No amended bill here yet, fingers crossed for an update, no response yet for them regarding my complaints, but they probably have everyone emailing and calling them.

    I've had three bills today!
I have received three today and all wrong. First one unpaid balance £45.91 2nd one unpaid bal. £63.00 and 3rd one £27.00 unpaid balance.

Also on the third one they have decided I will now only only 411 units down from 482 for February. At least that is what would expect.

Guys what apps or spreadsheets do you use to track your usage and costs?

Excel spreadsheet. But I've had to create a dedicated one for Symbio to track the free units, just in case they ever wake up - I know exactly what they have under charged me.

I just use the LibraOffice spreadsheet (similar to Excel but free) to record my consumption, costs and payments. There's not much point in logging the bills as they are a random work of fiction but I still save PDF's of them all (and all the emails etc)

No free units for me this month as they ignored my reading, provided within the window they'd requested it in their email of 30 Jan

They ignored my reading too, despite it being given within the timeframe requested, and used an estimated one, but my  bill this month is just over £20 whereas it was just over £91 last month, so maybe things have evened out!

Still no bill yet for me. Was later than everyone else's last month too
  • Quite happy with my bill, they’ve always used my readings given and although over paid in January, it all balances out.
  • We have been with Symbio Energy since Nov.19.So far so good.We were told they supplied electricity  commercially for several years and only recently to domestic users. Our Direct  Debits have been adjusted after each monthly reading, which is good for us.Communication and Customer Care has been good.Only thing is if you bank with Santander, you don't get the cash back for energy use as they say  DDs are taken by Gocardless and not as yet by themselves, but they are supposedly working on it
