Has anyone seen the Wagyu Beef joints in Aldi?  Are they fresh or frozen?

Just thought I'd post that Lidl Aromata foil is absolutely brilliant! It says it's strong on the box and it's actually true! Perfect for cooking and will be going on my turkey. It was £1.99 for 30m so perhaps not the cheapest but excellent quality and so much better than cheap, thin ones that tear where you don't want them to. I'll definitely buy again. 😊🎅

Agreed - and it's a semi-regular weekend offer at 99p, so worth picking up a few then.
  • Tons of fresh stuff going at 30% off and going out of date today or tomorrow at Aldi tonight. Last year it was all 50% off and seemed a bargain. They must be chucking loads out tonight based on the stuff left.

Most of the unsold (dated) stuff that Aldi has goes to the nearest Foodbank or homeless charities.
One place near me that gets some of it will freeze if as soon as it comes in to keep it as fresh as possible.

Lots of venison products reduced in Lidl this morning, mostly right down to 70p

Sorry you lot, looks like Santa has finished with you for this year. ;)

Mountains (well, pallets) of 6-pack-Deep Fill Mince Pies at my local ALDI, down to 39p from the pre-Xmas 79p. Time to fill the freezer ;)
