    Morning all.
Much milder. Rather feel DD has dodged a bullet, had she been at work last week her commute would have been grim. She's moving into a flat that her employers own and offer as temporary accommodation.
SW taster made, its free and vegan so everyone will be able to try it. I've also printed off the recipe for anyone who wants it.
    DW and TD x1, WM x 2.
Back in bed with a coffee.

Froddy hope you get some support.

    ATB thinking of you.

    Have a good day all.

  • Morning all,

D-day is here. The woodworm meet their death! (And we have a heat exchanging extractor fan fitted to deal with the damp).

So, no flying for me today as we are evicted from the house while it becomes a pest free zone.
I am doing my paid work day today as that makes sense, Pickle at the Childminder's for an extra day so, Tomorrow:
Return house to a good enough state everyone can get into bed
Wednesday & Thursday return house to habitable state (decoration of through lounge and dining room pending)
    Outstanding mortgage: £23,181 (December 19)

    Morning :hello:

I'm thrilled to see I've actually done something from the list :D I've put out the recycling! I've also made the bed, fed the birds, showered, dressed, packed up and breakfasted. Which is quite something considering I'm a nervous wreck this morning - got a morning's training over at the hospital. I booked it to show I had objectives (for my PADR) and it seemed a long way off at the time, but now it's here. Today. And I feel sick :o

From now on my objective is to maintain a sustained return to work and any 'personal development' can be shoved where the sun don't shine.

    And breathe.....

I need to [STRIKE]find[/STRIKE] check the filter on WM - I spun/ span /spinned DS's hoodie three times and it still came out sopping wet through. I could hear the pump working so my best guess is filter. Do you agree?

Oh I'm setting off - at least once I'm there I should calm down a bit.

    Have a good day y'all :D

Morning. I'd like to join you. My family have helped me get on top of the house this weekend and I would like some help staying organised. I have periods when I can't be as active as I would like and it's then when things slide.

I'll start when I get back from dropping my DD off at school. Thanks for having me (like you all had a choice! :D)

Joining you a few minutes late, Valli. I've already done quite a lot in the kitchen, and I'm dressed (parcel delivery expected!).
    Update later.

Thank you for the listies Natty and Valli.

(((Hugs))) Frodders. Caring for someone is hard, no matter how much we love them. Please take care of yourself as well.

I hope your 9.15 went well this morning ATB and that your PADR goes well Roundtuit.

Settling down to the rather enormous long term project now, and I may finish Stage 1 today, which would be lovely. It can then go on the backburner while I get on with some other things.
    Better is good enough.

Well, I did a full hour rather than a HHC, but I have made progress with the flying, including cleaning out both fridges and listing everything in both freezers (which in my mind = meal planning for the coming week, using up all the frozen leftovers).

    Still left to do:

    Sweep floors
[STRIKE]Wipe[/STRIKE] clean oven thoroughly - it's gross
    Make 3 important phonecalls
    Send 2 important emails
File as much old paperwork, currently languishing on the spare bed, as possible in the bin / shredder / filing cabinet

I took in a delivery and am now vying with pigpen in the toilet roll stakes - I have just counted a full carton of 48 plus another 20 in the old carton in the bathroom eaves loft, in addition to 8 - 10 that are stored in the under-sink cupboards in the loos, close at hand when needed!

DH has just made me a :coffee: so I will go and put the oven shelves in to soak and do what is necessary with the inside of the oven - yuck! I think I'll leave the floor until this afternoon when the oven cleaning is finished.
