Hyundai i40, less than 2 years old and rust not covered!

I have the same issue with my i40.
A steright line above the frontwindows just above the rubberlist of smal rust spots.
I just noticed them hand went back to the dealer.
- its from stonespots and the waranty don't cover.
but it looks more likly to be a construction issue.
Do anyone know if the are some weldingspots there, all rust spots accoure with approx 50mm between?0
