            On my deeds plot 1
 On my neighbors plot 2
I drive over my neighbours boundary to get to my drive but there putting a van there on plot 2 not coloured blue can't you see on plot 1 there is more blue
Blue means on both deeds no parking
Plot 3 me sat in my car van is in front of me I can't drive of because of it I have to do a 10 monevers to get off my drive because of it
So, to be clear, is your neighbour parking on the blue area as shown on plot 2?0

No because blue isn't there on plot 2
But it is there on plot 1
That's the problem surely you can see black line under blue on plot 2 after that clear that's where his van is this is not on plot 1 which is my deedsThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

The way you explain things is so confusing.
I'll ask again. Is your neighbour parked on the blue bit AS SHOWN ON PLOT 2 DEEDS? (forget about what your deeds show at the moment).
If he isn't parking on the blue bit as shown on plot 2 deeds then according to your neighbours deeds plan he is doing nothing wrong. However, I do understand your frustations if your deeds show he shouldn't be parking there.
I've looked up your plots on google maps. If your neighbour is NOT parking on the blue area as shown on his title deeds I fail to see how you cannot get on and off your drive relatively easily - it looks like there could still be plenty of room if you reversed up onto your drive and parked so your car was facing east (and not south as shown in your 'plot 3' photo)? Then you can just pull forward and not have to do lots of manouvering.0

Who lives in the detached house at the end of the access because it looks as if they have put hard standing down on what used to be a garden?0
-
He isn't parked on blue on his deeds the area just before it
My drive has 2 sides to access it according to my deeds thats how it was sold 6 yes ago to me this house was sold to me as well by saying the block paved drive has room for several cars which doing it your way would be very difficult be easy to like I've parked my car and the 2 others at the side of me straight on and off no problems with van being there my car is blocked why should it be if my deeds say it shouldn't be there because on mine it's blue
Previous owners of house parked at side of house you seen on Google maps black car how would you feel if a van was parked in front of that black carThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

It looks to me from the picture of the deeds that you have posted as if the house at the end which I am assuming is yours was originally built with a garden in front of it and one parking space at the end of the shared access where there is what looks like the outline of a garage on the plan.
Now the driveway that goes down between the two house would originally have gone down between two gardens so there would not have been a problem with anyone parking there unless someone at the end house had parked on their lawn.
The way the houses and gardens were built means that the access to the driveway where the black car is would not have blocked the access of the house at the end. It might have been available as a turning space if there was room to reverse a car into it from the end parking space without driving over the lawn of the end house.
The problem as I see it has been caused by someone putting hard standing down on what used to be a front garden.0

I bought this house as seen with deeds corrret with block paving to put several cars on
Neighbours have bought house with that area as a (driveway in blue) to access BOTH
properties but to suit them there are putting a vehicle there as if it is a (drive)
Nobody yet as told me why the blue area is different on my deeds to my neighbours (Blue area)

The deeds show a plot of the correct size but if you look at your photo of your deeds you can see that there used to be a front garden on your house and someone who owned it before you got rid of the garden and put down hard standing. The blue area on your plans will only allow access to the original parking space they won't allow access to what you use as a parking space and that used to be a garden. When the house was built no one needed access to park on the garden so you only had access to the parking space at the end of the way in. You actually do not have access over the blue area in front of your parking space where the van is parked because there was no parking space there when the house was built so access was not requred. You can't claim access from a parking space that was a garden when the house was built. The access rights would have been made at the time when the houses were sold to their first owners.
The only access you will have is to go straight up the drive and then onto the parking space from the top of the straight drive in. You won't have access from the blue area over what used to be a garden.
You bought the house like this. If you were not sure about the access you should have consulted a solicitor when you bought it. The deeds show quite clearly the boundary of the front garden on your house that is not there anymore.
Your access to your parking spaces will go straight up the drive to the wall at the end and then turn left. The blue area on your deeds is to make sure that you do not park on any of the access area needed for the other house. It was probably done like this because there was only one parking space for your house and the builders wanted to make sure that the first owner didn't block the access of the other house by obstructing their drive. It is an instruction on your deeds to show your access and where you cannot park.
Their deeds may be different because it is fine for them to park between the two original gardens as this did not block the original access.0

I expect that the deeds are correct for the time the houses were built. As Cakeguts has said, when the houses were first built the area that is now block paved was probably lawn to begin with so no access would be require to that area from the 'shared' driveway. Just because the lawn has been changed to parking doesn't suddenly change everything (unless the deeds have been changed).Neighbours have bought house with that area as a (driveway in blue) to access BOTH
properties but to suit them there are putting a vehicle there as if it is a (drive)
But as stated earlier, according to their deeds they aren't doing anything wrong by parking there.Nobody yet as told me why the blue area is different on my deeds to my neighbours (Blue area)
My house was built before my neighbours
Back in 1984 things like this were hand drawn on/coloured in. It was probably human error. And I expect your houses were probably built at the same time - it just happens your deeds where drawn up the day before your neighbours. Whether that means yours trumps theirs who knows but common sense would say it was probably incorrectly drawn on either yours or your neighbours deeds. My money would be that your deeds were marked up incorrectly as why would you need to access the 'lawn' from their driveway?0
