    There are millions of pictures on imgur. Without the links none of us can find them.

    As a new-ish member they probably can't post links - OP, if you insert spaces in the links that should work.

    * please make clear which is your Title Plan and which is your neighbour's Title Plan

    * please quote, in full, the relevant parts of both Title documents, especially

    - what is meant by red and blue (or any other colour) outlines
    - what right of access is granted by each Title

    Just look at colourd blue on both pics one is greater than the other one on both deeds it states no parking of a vehicle but on plot 2 the blue is further forward allowing my neighbours to think OK to leave a van there That area on
    for sale brochure house bought 4yrs ago is called a driveway to access the side of there property not a drive home owners previously have parked cars at the side of the property this allowing this area to be clear then me able to access my drive fully

    Very hard totell but it looks as if the blue are is within the red boundary of the property in Plot 2.


    Correct or not?


    Is Plot 1 yours?


    As previously asked:

    * please make clear which is your Title Plan and which is your neighbour's Title Plan

    * please quote, in full, the relevant parts of both Title documents, especially

    - what is meant by red and blue (or any other colour) outlines

    On my deeds plot 1
    On my neighbors plot 2
    I drive over my neighbours boundary to get to my drive but there putting a van there on plot 2 not coloured blue can't you see on plot 1 there is more blue
    Blue means on both deeds no parking
    Plot 3 me sat in my car van is in front of me I can't drive of because of it I have to do a 10 monevers to get off my drive because of it
