* please quote, in full, the relevant parts of both Title documents, especially
- what is meant by red and blue (or any other colour) outlines

Just look at colourd blue on both pics one is greater than the other one on both deeds it states no parking of a vehicle but on plot 2 the blue is further forward allowing my neighbours to think OK to leave a van there That area on
for sale brochure house bought 4yrs ago is called a driveway to access the side of there property not a drive home owners previously have parked cars at the side of the property this allowing this area to be clear then me able to access my drive fullyThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Very hard totell but it looks as if the blue are is within the red boundary of the property in Plot 2.
Correct or not?

On my deeds plot 1
On my neighbors plot 2
I drive over my neighbours boundary to get to my drive but there putting a van there on plot 2 not coloured blue can't you see on plot 1 there is more blue
Blue means on both deeds no parking
