(((Hugs))) Jojo. That - especially on top of the virus that's currently doing the rounds - is not nice. At. All. I hope your OH does something sensible for once.
Busy week for me, but we had a bit of a break today, combining a trip to an overnight shelter in a nearby city (to take them some protein shakes untouched by our old neighbour) with a meet-up with three old friends for coffee. Home for lunch, then Rosie enjoyed a slightly longer walk than usual - and a lot warmer! - and then sorted out my diary for the next few days (busy again).
However, last night I put away a load off books that, in my haste to get one job done, I had left all over the study floor, and this morning I did a pile of shredding. Then, turning my attention to the utility this morning, Once I had cleared the ironing pile, FUPA the socks and tights hanging on the airer, removed 3 large carrier bags and a box full of the shakes and stacked the pile of "useful" cardboard boxes inside one another, I could suddenly see my way round the place, so now all that remains to be done in there is to clear the "resting" houseplants off the drainer and clean Rosie's muddy footprints off the floor.
Tomorrow DH is going to the big smoke for an all-day meeting, so once I have taken him to the station and had a mentoring meeting, I can attack my own list uninterrupted.
Spoons and sticks available for all in need x0 -
Hugs to you Jojo xx
Morning all,
Busy week is over thankfully. Still loads to do at home but the working week is done and I've clocked up some good overtime which I will be grateful for in February's wage.
Told DH how much I am struggling, he seems to be living the life working away, I'm battling anxiety and holding it all together at home.
Right I've unloaded the DW, need more tea xxMFW

Morning
((jojo)) - even if you're expecting it it's still a blow when it comes. Hope it's a door closing that leads to a better door opening for you sooner rather than later xx
I'm up and I made my bed and opened the (small) bedroom window before I came down for my brew.
Brew has been leisurely supped and I'm going to get washed and dressed before I set my timer for 30 mins - so I get a full half hour flying

Back later

Feeling so tired and anxious, just want to pull the covers over my head and hide. If this is something to do with the thryoid then I should be starting to feel better soon, have been on increased meds for a week now.
However, bravely battling on (with you on this atbx). Have been to the library and got some nice books to read, made biscuits, had a quick tidy and hoover through. DS2 to pick up at 4pm so going to have a sit down for half an hour.
Hugs R hope everything is OK x I am right beside you and all the other flyladies struggling at the moment.0
