That defence is NOT HOPELESS, DP, it's the right one! THIS PERSON HAS NO TIME.

Just needs the right headings for the claimant/defendant and claim number and change this:
The claim includes an additional £60,
    to instead:

the claim includes an additional £xxxx over and above x number of PCNs at £100 each
(if £100 was the sum on the signs/NTK).

PLEASE DON'T ASK US AGAIN, Silly UKPARK, you must get this signed dated and emailed within TWENTY MINUTES then phone the CCBC to check they MUST note it as defended, today...stay on the phone.

No asking us at 6pm 'is this OK, I've not emailed it yet?'
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    That's amazingly quick.

Did that come from the Claimant or the CCBC?

Read again items 6, 7 & 8 in the list in post #60 above.

That seems to be addressed to the claimant not you and is telling them to file their Directions Questionnaire.

Yep, and no doubt they now will and the next thing you must do is WS & evidence.

  • Hi, I recieved an order TODAY - asking to file a fully pleaded defence by 4pm TODAY or it will be struck as constituting only a partial response to the claim

I'm confused as I had already submitted my defence ages ago.
Is there another form I needed to do?

I assume you managed to file something in time? £7000 depends on this so no doing anything else this weekend!

Did you quickly send a full signed copy of your defence by email?

Did the order come from the CCBC or the local court allocated?

Maybe they haven't seen your emailed defence, or maybe they want you to expand on the facts, as this was pretty sparse:
    2. The facts are that the vehicles, registrations , of which the Defendant is the registered keeper, was parked on the material date in a marked bay allocated to VU
You didn't then continue to say why there was no contravention/what actually happened and why you think the car was authorised? What does VU even mean?
