    Indeed. Despite my pessimism about winning sometimes it can be an exercise in damage limitation. For £7k you don't have much choice but to have a stab at mounting some kind of defence.

    I think this thread is a wind up, OP pays 9K to parking scum, mentions bailiffs calling, no mention of CCJ,s or previous debt scavenger letters followed by LBA, LBCCC THEN!!!!!! wants to SAR for the new 7K


    Something not right here, OP is either Olympic Gold medal 'bury your head in the sand' winner OR has the Gold medal for stupidity.


    I'm sorry if this sounds harsh but having been here a while now and dealt with my own parking scammer BS I just cannot believe somebody could ignore the amount of letters that would have been involved for 9K

    I am more than happy to be proved wrong, I despise the parking scammers as much as anyone here, if the OP comes forward with all the information the good regulars will require in order to help I will be rooting for him/her to kick the scammers into doomsday on this new 7K, we all shall see.
