You might well have had High Court Enforcement for that sum, but to let a scam go to court within defending it, to the tune of nine grand? How did you expect that to end up?!

At least this time deal with the scam properly. Tell us how many and why these PCNs kept being issued and why that many were ignored.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi folks, thankyou for the advice & help so far.

This is 100% not a wind up! I am seriously worried about my future!

I have a 5K debt to pay back to my family for the help with the initial bailiffs, they clamped both my cars, he forced past me at the front door at 7:30am in the morning whilst my 2y old, 6 years old and my wife were eating breakfast, we could not take them to school/nursery as he would not release my wife’s car, even after the proof of ownership with V5 docs.

This was abhorrent stuff I wish not to be repeated.

My head was well buried for 5 years due to what I considered a confident source, why would I read more if it would appear the advice was working for such a long time?

I asked for HELP & it is genuine.

So you have learnt the hard way that these scammers cannot be ignored and as I have previously said I'm happy to be proved wrong.

So the 9K lesson is over nothing further to be done there, now there's a new lesson the 7K and that is far from over, as you have previously been asked by a very experienced member here give us the information so you can be helped.

You need to appeal further tickets.

You also need to start formulating some kind of defence. With so many tickets a few avenues are likely closed to you. Poor signage for example.
The company could argue with so many tickets you clearly knew parking wasn't allowed.

I suspect we are in damage limitation territory so seeing how this bill is arrived at would help. I will bet there are a mountain of made up changes in it.

Wouldn't it be better to pay for parking in the future?

So you're saying there are people in scumcos, sorry I meant PPCs who will gladly give up their own money [since the scumcos get all their income from tickets] to put things right???

Can I interest you in a little tower I'm selling in Paris???

PPCs - ''very decent people''... That would be funny if it wasn't such a scam industry.

How on earth does anyone who props up any part of 'the parking industry and related companies' sleep at night? There are no PPCs or 'related companies' that are decent.

Silly UKPA, just a side note ..... as well as all the other things you need to do, I'd recommend the CAB for debt advice if necessary. They may be feeble on the subject of parking charges, but their debt specialists can be excellent.
