    Day two of the #MarchToLeave.

    77 people including photographers. :rotfl:

Did someone call them the Harrow Marchers, very droll.

That was the outcome of the referendum, unfortunately that seems to have been forgotten by many and currently be of little value:(

    No it wasn't.

And the Troll Puddle Marchers too. Geddit?

    Troll, rain, puddles, 77 participants.

The story of the Tolpuddle Martyrs and the campaign that freed them inspires us to fight on. The annual festival reflects the spirit of those prepared to stand up and be counted and for those just learning about the history it is a joyful celebration of our solidarity.

So please tell me what it was then.

Perhaps your sig block indicates where your misapprehension comes from.

Having a pet is not a binary state being part of or outside the EU is.

Do you want to leave the EU?

    Not

Do you want to leave if we can get a favourable vote, or do you want to leave if the price of apples/flowers/potatoes/cars/imports in general won't go up.......no it just asked do you want to leave. The only traitors here are your beloved remainer groups trying to derail the process at any cost.

Silence from the Hard Brexiteers now. The game is up.

Leavers are different, I am referring to the Farage and co/ERG and other Brexiteer charlatans.

You mean like Norway is outside the EU?

    @StevieJ

    Here we go mate:

    EU countries
    The EU countries are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

    The European Economic Area (EEA)
The EEA includes EU countries and also Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. It allows them to be part of the EU’s single market.

Switzerland is neither an EU nor EEA member but is part of the single market - this means Swiss nationals have the same rights to live and work in the UK as other EEA nationals.

So yes Norway is outside the EU.

Now remind me what was the vote in the referendum again?

As your misapprehension seems to indicate it might have been something different. Did it say:
Shall we try and get a deal like Norway? - No. Shall we try and get a deal like Switzerland? - Again no.

The question and the answers are here for your reference:

Choice -Votes -% (Sorry can't get columns but I am sure you have seen this before:)
    Leave the European Union - 17,410,742 -51.89%
Remain a member of the European Union -16,141,241 -48.11%

Since that day a whole load of people with different vested interests have confused, have obstructed and have delayed the democratically decided will of the people.

Furthermore Parliament invoked Article 50 to demonstrate they would deliver the wish of the people. Yet they have come out of this the worst as they all agreed, via their own democratic process and they also lobbied in a General Election to represent the UK in the exit process.

They seem, very frequently, to forget what they were tasked with but it is clearer now than ever before that politicians only look after themselves and do not respect the democratic process that elects them or their own decision making process.

We should stop the subversion of democracy and dissolve Parliament and enable those that want to deliver the outcome that was requested to get on and deliver it.

You may also be interested to note that:
Six Schengen countries - Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway and Sweden - have had internal border checks in place due to exceptional circumstances since 2015, although the current limit is two years. A new proposal seeks to allow the temporary reintroduction of border controls only as a measure of last resort. It was approved by the civil liberties committee on 23 October and adopted during the plenary session on 29 November

    Closed Borders?

So the freedom of movement is perhaps not as free as some would wish, or understand, it to be.

One must ask therefore does FOM meet member states requirements?
