    Interesting on the food bowls.
I had thought about them when Miss J was still with us :(

Aw you'll be missing her :( Think I'll get another set so he has one for his water as well. I've discovered they sell the same thing on the river as well so just need to do a few more surveys for some vouchers :)

Hopefully picked up a bit more work today, one is a definite and I'm going to meet the other person in a few weeks.

This morning I booked some tickets for a book festival. Its one of my favourite things to go to in the festival season here. I could never afford to see everything I'd be interested in but managed quite a few events so looking forward to that in a couple of months. I used this month's bereavement support allowance to pay for the tickets.

Tosco shopping delivered so all put away. Turned quite chilly this evening, it feels like there are windows open though there aren't. Big duvet again tonight I think :(.

Yes thanks, was nice and toasty once I got into bed :). I really like the book festival, its very busy but people are friendly and will chat away. Theres always book signings by the authors that are appearing but I tend not to bother with them as the queues are really long. There's a temporary bookshop as well - great for browsing but its all full price. As with all these events, food and drink is expensive so I usually take my own food. I will post about it when it comes time

Went out this morning to get my passport renewed as its about to run out. Am not planning to go anywhere imminently but its handy to have for ID as I don't have a driving licence. I had looked into doing it online and getting a photo taken by someone else but it seemed a lot of faffing about. So, not very :money: but I paid for it to be done at the PO. Took less than 5 minutes, no forms to fill in and they do the photo. Had an email and text about 10 minutes later to say the application was received. For me it was worth the £15 to get it done so easily.

My BT has gone through ok so thats good. I put the passport cost on the CC I'm paying off in full every month.

Cooked a sausage casserole for the family and met up with them this afternoon at a play park near my house for a wee while. The weather improved a lot this afternoon and it ended up very sunny and warm. So sat outside for a while with a cup of tea and big old furry boy on a chair next to mine. He's such a chilled out boy he didn't react when a blackbird landed about 3 yards from us in order to pinch a strawberry from one of the pots. I reckon she's had about 50% of the ripe strawberries as I don't put any netting over them ;).

I'm working tomorrow in two different places but its not an early start. I've got an online sale to post so will do that before I start work.

I renewed my passport early last year, as I was planning the Norway trip - I managed to take my own photo, through the time delay switch on my camera (though I've forgotten how to do it again). The passport people are *really* good at keeping you updated on where your application is within their system, or they were then, anyway.

Hope the work goes well tomorrow.
